WLN Book Club: The Gifts of Imperfection by Brené Brown
At the Women’s Leadership Network, we believe strong leadership starts with authenticity. The Gifts of Imperfection invites us to let go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embrace who we truly are—imperfections included.
Through research and real-life stories, Brené Brown shows how courage, vulnerability, and self-compassion are powerful leadership tools, not weaknesses. As a WLN Book Club, we’ll explore how releasing perfectionism, comparison, and self-doubt helps us lead with confidence, build deeper connections, and live from a place of worthiness.
